Utah Jazz guard Kyle Korver has told the team earlier today that he has decided not to opt-out of his contract. Kyle Korver was plagued by the decision on whether or not he should stay with the Jazz and make another $5.2 million.
The news that Kyle Korver had decided to decline his option to terminate his contract comes as a surprise. Even though Kyle Korver has been going downhill since his sophomore season, one questions whether or not he could make more money elsewhere.
By elsewhere, of course I mean being a stunt double for Ashton Kutcher.
Look, the fact of the matter is I can’t tell the difference and neither can you. For all we know Kyle Korver really is Ashton Kutcher and he’s the only player in the league that truly plays for the love of the game and doesn’t care about the money at all. Maybe he even donates all his NBA money to charity.
I don’t know. I don’t want to start any crazy rumors here so all I’m going to say is they look alike and if Kyle Korver hired me as his life coach, I might suggest he change positions. If all he wants to do is play basketball then it should have been pretty obvious to everybody that this “news” of Kyle Korver not opting out of his contract isn’t exactly news. It’s more, like Ashton Kutcher coming out of the closet. Everybody is just waiting for it to happen.
