BallHype: hype it up!

Young rookie point guard Patty Mills out of Australia has broken his foot in practice and will be unable to play in the Summer League games. The Portland Blazers must wait until training camp before they get to see an in depth view of this Aussie’s game.

Drafted at #55, just shy of missing out, many had projected Patty Mills to be talented enough to make it as a decent role player in the NBA. Though, to start out his career only proving he has glass bones, suggests he may be more like a Grant Hill combined with a little Marcus Banks.

Only time will tell if this Aussie can play with the rest of them.
