Once again, as I'm sure many of you have already heard, Tim Donaghy has made the headlines once again in a recent barage of allegations against the NBA's officials that takes the form of the most potent potion to date. Tim Donaghy has moved mountains and shocked something like a fraction of NBA fans at the same time.

As we all know, Tim Donaghy has been the focus of attention for his involvement in a betting scandal for which he is currently imprisoned. Though, it didn't just stop there and thank god too -- that wouldn't have been exciting at all. In response to the lack of a willing audience for his previous whistleblowing attempt (my words, not his attempt at , he decided to stop talking and shut up for a while.

Tim Donaghy then spent his free time between lifting weights and taking showers in prison to write a book covering the entire depth of the betting scandal that sent him to jail for the first time.

He was forced to go back to jail after after an unfortunate decision to go to the gym near his halfway house in an attempt to rehabilitate the knee injury he suffered while being beaten with a metal pipe during his first visit to the penitentiary. The interesting part is that at the time, Donaghy and his lawyers expected the misunderstanding regarding his probation violation, would be resolved within 10 days. Looking back at that article, it seems I wrote it on August 25th. One would be hard pressed to find somebody so obtuse as to allow themselves to go back to the penitentiary where instead of fending off cameras and accusations you have to fend off, well, I'm sure those "of age" don't require any more detail.
