Choosing the right vertical jump program is a vital decision to make. Not only does each different vertical training system vary in it's methodology but some of them include software, online membership, etc... There are various types of vertical training programs currently on the market and you have come to the right place to get solid and accurate reviews on the different types of vertical training programs.
First, it's important to identify the different types of training programs available and then identify what it is you are looking for.
1. Software Based Training
The software based vertical training programs are actually pretty nice but they will likely only benefit you if you are going to use them. This particular type of training system really only helps you if you are going to use it but I do have to say that it is quite a handy way to keep track of your progress in order to get every last inch because it definitely is true in this scenario that every last inch counts.
2. Vertical Training eBooks
Most of what you are going to find on the internet is going to fall into this category. Some people who either claim to be or in many cases really are fitness training experts will write their methods down in order to train you to jump as high as you possibly can. Many of these books are actually very high quality but the downside is that because of the availability and access to the methods of making eBooks, some of them are just thrown together by people just trying to make a buck.
3. A combination of Vertical Training Software, eBooks, Media, and Online Courses
There are also vertical training programs out there that use a variety of different media in order to provide the most bang for the buck. They usually understand that many different people are not all going to fall into the same category and as such, not all of them will be able to increase their vertical jump by using the exact same learning methods. It is important though that much of the physical training itself remains relatively similar in nature.
Vertical Jump Programs
Let's face it, we've all seen the different types of vertical jump programs out there offering the cutting edge ways to train in order to get those extra inches of vert. The idea is so we can all dunk right? I mean, having the ability to dunk on a regulation 10 foot rim is impressive. Not only does it impress the girls, but there is just something about the feeling of leaping into the air and slamming the ball with aggression that I personally love.
So, if you are in the market for a vertical jump program or are just interested in the different programs available, here is a quick low-down review of what there is to offer.
I will review each training system in the most honest and fair fashion as I possibly can. I have attempted to get personal info, sneak peaks, and private copies in order for my reviews to be as fair and accurate as possible.
Note, if there is a program I am missing or if you have a system that you would like for me to include, please use, do not hesitate to shoot me an email with your link and I will do my best to include it in the update. Please note that if you send a copy of your vertical program along with the email, the process may be sped along and note for your assurance, I do not intend to use your vertical systems for any other way than to give a fair and unbiased assesment.
The following vertical jump programs will be reviewed:
Vertical Explosion Training Program
Vertical Jump Development Bible
Double Your Vertical Leap Version 3.0
At the moment, Jump Manual is clearly out front followed by a close tie for 2nd which shall stay unnamed. I'll be doing some further research on these particular programs and will be sure to keep everybody updated in the event I get some more information. Until then, be sure to take a look at them yourself.
